Nepal Sustainable Development Foundation has been working in various sectors to support SDGs goals and objectives. We work to facilitate the goals and target set up by UN for SDGs 2030. The Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) are a bold, universal agreement to end poverty in all its dimensions and craft an equal, just and secure world – for people, planet and prosperity by 2030. The 17 SDGs and 169 targets are a part of Transforming our world: the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development, was adopted by 193 Member States at the historic UN General Assembly Summit in New York in September 2015, The SDGs are a new, universal set of goals, targets and indicators that UN member states will be expected to use to frame their agendas and political policies over the next 12 years.
Over the next 12 years, with these new Goals that universally apply to all, countries will mobilize efforts to end all forms of poverty, fight inequalities and tackle climate change, while ensuring that no one is left behind. The 17 goals are: No Poverty, Zero Hunger, Quality Education , Gender Equality , Reduced Inequalities, Climate Action, Life on Land , Life blow Water , Good Health & Well Being, Clean Water & Sanitation, Affordable & Clean Energy, Decent Work & Economic Growth, Responsible Consumption & Production, Industry Innovation & Infrastructure, Sustainable Cities and Communities
